Hosting

Die Seite liegt bei GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA). Beim Abruf verarbeitet GitHub technisch notwendige Daten wie deine IP-Adresse, um die Seite auszuliefern. Die Programmbibliothek für die 3D-Modelle (three.js) laden wir von jsDelivr; dabei erhält jsDelivr ebenfalls deine IP-Adresse. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse an einer funktionierenden Website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Besucherstatistik

Wir zählen Seitenaufrufe und einzelne Ereignisse (Modell geöffnet, Satz gesendet, Diktat, App geladen, Kauf angefragt) mit einem eigenen Dienst bei Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., USA). Gespeichert werden nur Tag, Seite, Sprache, Land, Gerätetyp (Handy oder Rechner) und die Adresse der verweisenden Website, nie der Text, den du eingibst. Deine IP-Adresse speichern wir nicht. Um Besucher je Tag zu zählen, bilden wir aus IP-Adresse, Browserkennung, Datum und einem Geheimnis eine Prüfsumme, die sich jeden Tag ändert und aus der niemand auf dich zurückschließen kann. Die Einträge löschen wir nach 24 Monaten. Rechtsgrundlage: berechtigtes Interesse an der Verbesserung der Website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).

Sprechen mit dem Modell und Bauplatz

Was du in das Satzfeld schreibst oder diktierst, geht über die Amphion Cloud (Cloudflare) an einen KI-Anbieter (OpenAI, USA, oder Google, USA), der den Satz in eine Ansicht oder ein Gebäude übersetzt. Wir speichern die Sätze nicht. Um Missbrauch zu begrenzen, zählen wir die Anfragen je IP-Adresse für zwei Minuten und löschen den Zähler danach. Diktieren läuft über die Spracherkennung deines Browsers (zum Beispiel Apple oder Google); dafür gelten deren Bestimmungen. Rechtsgrundlage: deine Nutzung der Funktion (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) und unser berechtigtes Interesse am Schutz vor Missbrauch.

Speicher im Browser

Dein Gebäude auf dem Bauplatz bleibt nur in deinem Browser gespeichert (localStorage), damit es beim nächsten Besuch noch da ist. Es verlässt dein Gerät nur, wenn du einen neuen Wunsch schickst. Du kannst es jederzeit mit „Neu anfangen“ oder über die Einstellungen deines Browsers löschen.

Die App und das Handy

Die Mac-App arbeitet auf deinem Rechner. Wenn du sie vom Handy aus bedienst, leitet die Amphion Cloud (handy.amphion3d.com, Cloudflare) die Verbindung zwischen Handy und Mac weiter, ohne Inhalte zu speichern. Ein technisch notwendiges Cookie merkt sich, zu welchem Mac dein Handy gehört. Zugang hat nur, wer den Link aus deiner App hat.

Tester-Programm

Wer Amphion mit einem Einladungscode testet und beim Einlösen zustimmt, teilt mit uns seine Sätze an die KI, deren Antworten und benutzte Werkzeuge, Diktate, Rendering-Aufträge und höchstens stündlich einen kompakten Stand seiner Projekte, zusammen mit seinem Namen. Wir nutzen das nur, um Amphion zu verbessern, und löschen es auf Wunsch sofort. Das Teilen lässt sich in den Einstellungen der App jederzeit abschalten. Rechtsgrundlage: deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

Übermittlung in die USA

GitHub, Cloudflare, OpenAI und Google sitzen in den USA. Die Übermittlung stützt sich auf das EU-US Data Privacy Framework beziehungsweise Standardvertragsklauseln der EU-Kommission.

Deine Rechte

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Schreib uns dafür an die Adresse oben. Du kannst dich außerdem bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren.

Hosting

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA). When you load it, GitHub processes technically necessary data such as your IP address to deliver the page. We load the 3D library (three.js) from jsDelivr, which also receives your IP address. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Visitor statistics

We count page views and a few events (model opened, sentence sent, dictation, app downloaded, purchase requested) with our own service on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Inc., USA). We store only the day, page, language, country, device type (phone or computer) and the referring website's address, never the text you enter. We do not store your IP address. To count visitors per day we derive a checksum from IP address, browser, date and a secret; it changes every day and cannot be traced back to you. Entries are deleted after 24 months. Legal basis: legitimate interest in improving the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Talking to the model and the building site

What you type or dictate into the sentence field goes through the Amphion Cloud (Cloudflare) to an AI provider (OpenAI, USA, or Google, USA), which turns it into a view or a building. We do not store the sentences. To limit abuse we count requests per IP address for two minutes and then delete the counter. Dictation uses your browser's speech recognition (for example Apple or Google), whose terms apply. Legal basis: your use of the feature (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse.

Storage in your browser

Your building on the building site is stored only in your browser (localStorage), so it is still there next time. It only leaves your device when you send a new request. You can delete it at any time with “Start over” or in your browser settings.

The app and your phone

The Mac app works on your computer. When you use it from your phone, the Amphion Cloud (handy.amphion3d.com, Cloudflare) relays the connection between phone and Mac without storing content. A technically necessary cookie remembers which Mac your phone belongs to. Only someone with the link from your app has access.

Tester programme

If you test Amphion with an invitation code and agree when redeeming it, you share your sentences to the AI, its answers and the tools used, dictations, rendering requests and at most hourly a compact state of your projects, together with your name. We use this only to improve Amphion and delete it immediately on request. You can switch sharing off in the app settings at any time. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Transfers to the USA

GitHub, Cloudflare, OpenAI and Google are based in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to the address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

Alojamiento

Solo guardamos el día, la página, el idioma, el país, el tipo de dispositivo (móvil u ordenador) y la dirección de la web de procedencia, nunca el texto que escribes. No guardamos tu dirección IP. Para contar visitantes por día calculamos una suma de control a partir de la IP, el navegador, la fecha y un secreto; cambia cada día y no permite identificarte. Borramos los registros a los 24 meses. Base jurídica: interés legítimo en mejorar la web (art. 6.1.f RGPD).

Hablar con el modelo y el solar

Lo que escribes o dictas en el campo de texto pasa por la Amphion Cloud (Cloudflare) a un proveedor de IA (OpenAI, EE. UU., o Google, EE. UU.), que lo convierte en una vista o un edificio. No guardamos las frases. Para limitar abusos contamos las peticiones por dirección IP durante dos minutos y después borramos el contador. El dictado usa el reconocimiento de voz de tu navegador (por ejemplo Apple o Google), con sus propias condiciones. Base jurídica: tu uso de la función (art. 6.1.b RGPD) y nuestro interés legítimo en evitar abusos.

Almacenamiento en tu navegador

Tu edificio del solar solo se guarda en tu navegador (localStorage), para que siga ahí la próxima vez. Solo sale de tu dispositivo cuando envías un nuevo deseo. Puedes borrarlo cuando quieras con «Empezar de nuevo» o en los ajustes del navegador.

La app y el móvil

La app de Mac trabaja en tu ordenador. Si la usas desde el móvil, la Amphion Cloud (handy.amphion3d.com, Cloudflare) transmite la conexión entre móvil y Mac sin guardar contenidos. Una cookie técnicamente necesaria recuerda a qué Mac pertenece tu móvil. Solo tiene acceso quien tiene el enlace de tu app.

Programa de testers

Quien prueba Amphion con un código de invitación y lo acepta al canjearlo comparte con nosotros sus frases a la IA, las respuestas y las herramientas usadas, dictados, encargos de render y, como mucho cada hora, un estado compacto de sus proyectos, junto con su nombre. Solo lo usamos para mejorar Amphion y lo borramos de inmediato si lo pides. Puedes desactivarlo en los ajustes de la app en cualquier momento. Base jurídica: tu consentimiento (art. 6.1.a RGPD).

Transferencias a EE. UU.

GitHub, Cloudflare, OpenAI y Google tienen su sede en EE. UU. Las transferencias se basan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. o en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.

Tus derechos

Tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación, supresión, limitación, portabilidad y oposición. Escríbenos a la dirección de arriba. También puedes presentar una reclamación ante una autoridad de protección de datos (en España, la AEPD).
